Airbnb lobby activates in Queensland
Airbnb is organising their lobby in Queensland to get state-wide rules similar to NSW’s.
Local control is bad for their business but better for local communities. State-wide laws that take away local councils ability to respond to their own problems help no one but short-term rental sites like Airbnb.
Hopefully the QLD govt takes a more sensible approach to it than NSW…
